I've been here a few times and have always gotten decent nails down, mostly gel or acrylics. A week ago I went and asked for medium length almond pink matte acrylics for a baby shower I was hosting. The lady who did mine kept hitting my skin with the nail remover machine and made me bleed and didn't seem to care. She started prepping nails for powder and when I reminded her I wanted acrylics she told me this was just as good. She ignored my request for long nails in favor of doing something just as expensive and easier for her. The nails were short, round, and shiny. Nothing like I asked for. I told her and she didn't really care. I have been here a few times by appointment and they are always rude to me, I think because I look very young, and take older clients who don't have appointments before me. This is the last time I will go here, just not worth it. Not to mention the edges of the nails were uneven and jagged. Wish I liked this place more!

I had my nails done twice here and loved the work. However, today I had a really disappointing experience that will make me never go back. I called at noon to book a 5pm appointment. I showed up at the same time as another lady at 5pm. The other lady stated she did not have an appointment. I stated I did. They decided to take the customer that didn’t have an appointment instead of me - asked me to wait. I sat for 10 minutes “waiting” for my appointment I booked 5 hours in advance before I decided to forever take my business elsewhere. Learn to value your repeat customers that tip well.

I will not return to this nail salon. I was a regular customer, came in to get a gel mani-pedi for all my visits and tipped very good .But for this last visit, I just wanted a Simple mani-pedi with no gel or none of their extra things they want us to buy ( foot massage exfoliating scrub , ext) . I wasn’t treated with good service, they didn’t shape my nails nice like they usually do . When I asked the lady to please shape one more nicely, she gave attitude and shaped it like whatever. Then she used the same clipper she used on my toes on my hands as well , to be Honest I don’t even know if she even used a new one at all and that frustrates me . I told her about it and she just laughed and said something in her language to her co workers across the room . I made it clear I was not happy. When working on my manicure she told me before continuing. I would have to pay and then she would finish my manicure( they have NEVER asked me to pay before finishing).she said it was so my manicure won’t get messed up . But with her attitude and everything that happened. I felt insulted. Like if I wasn’t going to pay for it at the end. I went on and still left a good tip because we all work hard . I just wish she would’ve been more professional towards me . I always went there for my mani pedi but after this I will look for a more professional nail salon.

Went there for refill and had the worse experience ever. the lady was so slow and my nails looks awful. a 5 year old kid would do a better job than her. nails are un even and the color on it looks bad and uneven. I asked for natural color and she couldn't do it so she forced me to put color on the top so it doesn't look as bad and even the color couldn't make a difference.
