The customer service is literally the worst. A lady that work there name Kimmy has unapologetically rude behavior, she will be throwing your hands, show so much attitude if you ask her to fix something. I honesty had the worst experience. On top of all that I've been going to her as a loyal costumer for a few months and every time her price will change. A rip off place. Save your money and your time.

The location is convenient and clean. The ladies here are friendly and professional. But… my gel chipped after the 3rd day???

Came here on a whim and so glad I did. I came in for a pedi and did their peppermint soak (scrub, massage, and cleaning). Really refreshing, will come again.

I asked for French nails and the woman who attended me wanted to do more things, saying that my hands needed treatment but it would cost me $ 65, I said no, she was so insistent that I told her to do the regular one and it turns out that she charged me 35 dollars, being that other times you charge me 25 dollars, I told him and how much do you charge for French nails and he told me 40, it would be 5 dollars more, (I knew they charged 40) ok he did them but they did not last me at all, I went on a Sunday And on Monday I had them peeling, I went to claim and it turns out that they are not gel and I paid for gel ... and that if I wanted one of the others I would have to pay 25 dollars more ... .. one of the girls wrote them for me and today Wednesday They are just as ugly ...... that disappointment I have always gone there, the previous girls worked very well ... I think she does not know 😭😣😔😟😖
