I’ve been going here for about a year and usually didn’t see many issues. At first I liked how the spa took covid precautions and how clean the place was . The first few times I had amazing service (old staff). The last two times were not the best and yesterday was my last time ever going to this location. I paid for an upgraded pedicure and didn’t receive the services. My pedicure took almost two hours but it was unprofessional and not relaxing . The lady didn’t massage my legs or feet . She barely used the scrub I was paying extra for. I communicated my discomfort but she didn’t seem to understand. The owner kept walking by and staring but didn’t do anything to help . The lady spent a lot of time cutting cuticles ( excessive , like made me bleed). At the end, I was charged $15 for gel when usually the price was always $5.. so I basically paid $50 to for a very unpleasant experience. I’ll never be back - the lady who did my nails wore her mask on her chin and didn’t wear gloves like the rest of the staff did. She also was not using proper sterile methods . Save your money , if you want to relax and have a good time a find a Different spa !

The ladies were really good with the kids. Thank you so much, my nieces and nephew had a really good day.

Would give zero stars if I could. Seems like they have a lot of new employees now, many of whom are not trained well. There are some amazing employees who do amazing work, but it was rare for me to get one of them. Went several times this summer with family and each time was a disappointment. Just a few examples of sub-par work: nails cut unevenly or not at all, weak massage/scrub, horrible paint job (bubbles and streaks), toes not cleaned thoroughly, and little work on cuticles/calluses. Some techs are sweet and try really hard, so I looked past the mistakes. But my tech today was lazy, didn't even try, and even asked me for a large tip after doing a horrible job. Never going back again.
