Disappointing

I’ve been a loyal customer of Allure Nail Spa for quite some time and have generally had good experiences, which makes this especially disappointing. I recently tried to use a gift card that had expired only 2 days earlier, and the salon refused to honor it or offer any accommodation. I understand businesses have policies, but showing no flexibility over just 2 days felt disappointing and not very customer-friendly—especially for someone who has supported this business regularly. Good customer service is not just about policies, but also about valuing loyal customers and showing reasonable consideration. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

Too bad you can't give negative stars. The nail tech completely destroyed my nail beds and finger tips. He kept hitting my finger instead of the nail with the nail drill causing extreme pain and bleeding at my nail beds and finger tips. I wouldn't have wasted my time to do a review but my fingers are still painful and sore 24 hours later!! Update: It's been months since the nail tech destroyed my nail beds and my nails are still completely destroyed. I was only able to get my nails done one time after this due to the extreme pain from my nail being grinded all the way down. When my nails were removed there was nothing but a paper thin nail left almost all the way to the cuticle. My finger nails are so brittle I have to keep them extremely short because every time they get any length they end up catching on something and rips them into the quick.

I have been here several times, all good until today. The guy didnt remove the callouses off my feet. Did not buff my toenails before polishing and cut my cuticle and it bled for a while.These services are too expensive for this kind of treatment

I usually don't write reviews. However in my experience with Allure nail I came in last night for the first time; received a Gel DELUXE Pedicure. Paid $60 with a $5 tip. $65. I left there rating the services a 7/10. Awoke the next morning went to work and my feet feel as if I NEVER had a pedicure. In my 40 years of living I never had to go back and ask for a Redo pedicure. I am back here at Allure asking VERY POLITELY to redeem themselves. They stated she'd spent an hour on my pedicure 🙄 (who spends an hour on pedicure) and they wont be able to redo the services. I said "Really, Okay! Well I won't be back!!!" Then walked out the shop now in my car (hence writing this review) I personally am appauled on the quality of service and These outrageous prices for unverifyable services.I'm just writing this review just to let evereyone know the services and the unjust I received
