I called your office five times

I called your office five times. The managers answered my call only from the sixth time. And they asked to apply for spare parts request through the website or write an email. It seems to me you make communication with clients complicated.

They only quote if you provide the part numbers

I was looking for a specific item but there was no part number on the part itself. I had no choice but to email the photo's. They wrote that there is no technical support team to help with such request. They only quote if you provide the part numbers. I was advised to look for them in the manufacturers catalog. I am a little disappointed if you sell the product you should be able to provide some technical support

We got along well

I was looking for a vendor that offers adequate conditions to order an oil cooler and turbo-compressor. We got along well!
