I had a very similar experience as the reviewer Emily. The Owner apparently didn’t have time for me when I asked regarding a bourbon that I collect and purchase as many bottles as I can whenever I am able to find them. It was stated that ‘we only sell to our high end clients’ and the fact that I had never been in his store before caused him to dismiss me almost immediately. I enjoy and make it a point to visit liquor stores in my clients neighborhoods, you never know what you will find. I look forward to speaking with owners and employees as to what their personal favorites are. It’s such a great way to not only find hidden ( many times local) gems I would never have known about, but also increase my knowledge of the exciting and burgeoning small distillery market. I have an ever growing collection of rare bourbons I savor and enjoy, plus a few selection I purchase multiple bottles of when I am able to find them because they are becoming increasingly difficult to find. I will never set foot in this store again and will suggest to my ‘high end clients’ that they avoid this shop as well because he apparently has all the business he needs and has no time for newcomers who may discover his store. Too bad, there were quite a few nice sections I wouldn’t have minded picking up. Who knows, maybe I would have discovered a new favorite!

Was told by the owner that they only care about people who have shopped there before and don’t really care about people who haven’t. Kind of tough to make new customers with this mindset. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Wow. Spoke with a man who answered and gave the impression he was the owner of this store. I called asking to confirm hours of operation and for availability for a couple very specific products. He was curt with me. He told me he only sells the product I was looking for to club members. Since I have not been to this store before I asked for clarification about the club program because I found the shop online and it appears to be a store anyone can walk into and shop. He explained that he reserves the rare whiskey bottles for customers who spend a lot of money with him and that I’m not the type of customer that he is looking for. I don’t feel welcome here and will not shop here. Best to take my business elsewhere.

This place is the BEST! The owner are super-dedicated to carrying the finest spirits. They are very knowledgeable. They have been open throughout quarantine, on Holidays, and into the evening. The offer tastings of most alcohols and they have never steered me wrong. Every recommendation has been phenomenal and every bottle in their store is bound to provide an interesting experience. It is wild to find such an amazing liquor store out here. Truly talented folks.

Best wine store around. Huge selection. Owners are super knowledgeable, kind and fun. Oh, and they have the coolest dog around. Highly recommend.
