I always have had a pleasant experience at this store. All the staff I've encountered are friendly. The owner is great with giving recommendations (all of which have been spot) and actually walking you through options within your price point in the store (I'm not sure if that personal touch is still an option given the health crisis we're in at the moment). As far as safety for the current environment, I did notice the staff behind the counter weren't wearing masks, however, they were behind a barrier that reached almost to the ceiling, so I more at ease once I noticed the precautions the store took.

Chi is the Best! I asked for 2 special wines to be placed on hold and my request was met with no problems. Will be returning back, it’s convenient. Great customer service. Very pleasant.

Staff is great. I usually pop in for something dry, white and chilled. I know the fridge only holds so much. Wish there were more dry whites though in a pinch the rose' works.
