Ok so they charged us for  an accident 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️and acted like it was  OK but they charged us ! I can't believe what just happened my wife love this store so much even though we are  not drinking often. when we have an event, that's the place we going to buy our drinks . like tonight for Christmas, i never had any issues until today... When my daughter turned around  Unfortunately  Her Hoodie touched a bottle of alcohol and break on the floor . Again unfortunately it was an accident I hope the owner can check his camera and see that my kids was not running around the store ! she really turned around and the bottle dropped,  Accidentally . We apologized And like always the guy was very nice and said it was  ok , an accident can happened sometime don't worry guys it's OK. So I buy my 2 champagnes and on my way home I'm thinking it was a lot of money let me check the receipt ... I didn't had It, so i when back for it ! and we see that they charged us for the bottle that accidentally dropped !!! I felt so bad about that , I think it's was so wrong to do that. so I went back and asked him about it.  And he said that there was nothing he could do and he need to charge somebody because he's paying for it ! Incredible Even though it's true somebody need to pay for it  he should have let us  know !!! OK I'm charging you this amount of money for it , and it's OK . but to do it the way he did !!! It was so wrong and sneaky I'm very disappointed honestly.

I’m not sure what happened since I moved to the neighborhood. I used to drop in every couple of weeks, buy an inexpensive bottle or some tequila for margaritas. Not a high end customer but trying to shop locally. More recently they’ve been out of my tequila and seem to have no idea what it was they sold me even though I had the name and the shelf location. Bought an Italian red yesterday that had no price listing, and it was a little more than I expected but acceptable. Just saw it today up at PJ’s for $6 less. While they’re drastically differing stores, that kind of markup isn’t for me. No one chats me up or encourages me to try something new. Maybe they’re just new cashiers who don’t like that aspect of the job. But I think I’ll take my business elsewhere for awhile.

Very rarely will I leave a 1-star review. This store had a specific tequila bottle I wanted. I confirmed the price for both bottles over the phone just two days before and even had a friend stop in and take a photo of the bottles. Two days later, my friend drove an hour to pick up both bottles and the price went up $100 per bottle. The owner gave me some story about his cost going up but I have photos of these exact bottles with the original price. They are a limited edition and I had the bottle number. He had these bottles for at least a month at the price on his website and miraculously, the day we show up it goes up. Very shady business practice. Update to owner response: No discount was offered and owner literally said "I'm not going to ruin my Sunday for you and hung up the phone".

Rude as f@#$, shugged his shoulders said I don't care when sending me into an overdraft when I specifically asked to pay partial cash to avoid this... they couldn't preform this transaction instead of being honest he ran my card knowing it would change the full amount. Wasn't the first bad experience. Good news is I found another store that has way better prices in the neighborhood.
