Not a professional store by all means. As a customer coming in, you will definitely be disrespected by management. The manager actually yells at their customers and purposely changes prices of different items if they don’t like particular customers. The amount of gossip that is spoken about their own customers is disgusting. Their discounts don’t make any sense and they will screw you over with outrageously high prices. Disgusting behavior is directed towards their staff too by calling them demeaning names while ordering them around. I’ll never shop here again and you shouldn’t either. There are plenty of friendly stores in the city that will give you their best customer service. I wish there was a way where google will allow you to not even give a star, because this shop doesn’t deserve that.

Came into the store to buy wine for a holiday celebration. From the moment I entered the store the atmosphere was off. The female employee that I asked for help/recommendations curtly told me to, “Use my phone that’s what google is for.” After realizing I wouldn’t be getting the service I needed from her, I asked for the manager only to be told with a smirk and venom in her voice that she was the manager and I could, “Get out if I didn’t like her attitude.” Sorry excuse for an employee let alone a manager, I feel bad for her employees if this is how she treats customers.

Previously I loved shopping at this store. On average I was buying around 6 cases a year. It saddens me to give a bad review since most of the staff has been so kind, but my experience today was unacceptable. A female staff member screamed at me and threw me out of the store over their mask policy (my face covering was unacceptable). No one deserves that type of treatment. Unfortunately I’ll be shopping at a different store from now on.
