I walked into the store with more than half the shelves being empty and when I engaged with the staff, I was met with what I would classify as poor customer service. I would think one would amplify their customer service interaction when there is a lack of goods to sell, rather than appearing as if you are bothered by a customer coming into your store to buy product. Buyer beware. Wines are suspiciously overpriced. Was charged $79 for a bottle of wine that costs $55 everywhere else and $69 for a $45 bottle of wine. When I called to ask if they had made a mistake they told me they wish they had charged me more just for wasting their time on the phone. Manhattan has so many wine stores to chose from don’t bother going to this overpriced place.

They refused to give me tax exemption when I am legally entitled to it according to the State Department’s tax exemption program.

Surprisingly decent liquor selection, but horribly overpriced. $42 for a bottle of Campari (elsewhere for $28)? $500 for a bottle of Boss Hog (elsewhere for $300). I'm pretty sure this place is a front.

The owner or manager got really upset because we asked for a tax exemption. He even insulted us. Do not come here.!!!!
