Although there isn't a wheelchair accessible entrance there is a call button. There are three stairs down to get I to this establishment. The selection is pretty good for spirits, a mix of domestic and imported makers. The staff is quiet but friendly. Did not ask if I wanted help, left me alone. I think if you know exactly what you want this would be a good place for you but doesn't seem to be anything special. They do deliver locally which is convenient if you live in the area.

This is a Very convenient 14th street location and there’s a pleasant, efficient staff. Must say the owner proved to be a pleasure to speak with. The staff’s knowledge of wines seems Limited so bring your own know-how.

Ordered x7 bottles of rum to be shipped to me. After the first order was cancelled for no reason, the replacement order was finally shipped. It was immediately damaged during shipping and the entire shipment had to be discarded (UPS's own words). I've now been fighting with them for 2 months to get the refund I am entitled to to no avail. I've now had to start a credit card dispute over it, as I feel like they're holding my money hostage. . . EDIT: After opening a dispute with my credit card company, all of the sudden my card they have on file is used for almost $6,000 of fraudulent purchases in Brooklyn NY. Coincidence? Maybe.... But BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH GIVING THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY / CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

I had an agreement to purchase the Macallan 30 Fine Oak at a slightly reduced price. Drove from Queens. When I got there they told me they are not giving any reductions. Wasted hours for no reason. Can't trust people like this!

THIS DUMP PRICE GOUGING, BEWARE!!!!☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ I got really ripped off here the night before Thanksgiving, I bought a bottle of Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio, normally priced under 20.00, but this price gouging dump charged me 39.99, it was late, I was sick and this particular wine was requested by the host of my Thanksgiving dinner the following day. I brought the price difference up to the manager, he said it was because of advertising costs. Doubling the cost of wine right before Thanksgiving is just disgusting, this dirty dump and it's gangster price gouging should be avoided at all costs
