Well I love their wide range of wines and most of other liquors. Their problem might be that if you are not sure what you are looking for you will get confused. Fortunately they have people who are always ready to help you. Overall nice place to lose yourself and find unique wines that are priced fairly.

Friday, December 23, 2022, approximately 1300 hours. Lines packed on every register. People strangle holding odd, loose objects like eggs or bananas. Managers swarming the floor being as charming and helpful as could be. Of course it's busy, tis the season. But the credit card machines are down. There are no boxes for customers that evidently forgot about the NJ bag ban and expect businesses to solve all their petty issues. The staff were out of this world. Quick as they could and I didn't see a single one of them frown. Even while dealing with the guy evidently soloing the company Christmas gift order whining about not being provided a box to carry half a metric ton of hooch to his truck. You guys knocked it out of the park as far as I saw. Corporate should recognize what hell you all survived in my eyes. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very good selection and, typically, very helpful staff. Our last time there we had an encounter with a very rude employee. A customer next to us asked her where something was and the employee didn't know. She directed the customer to wrong section and said "it might be there." My husband overheard & said and it would be in the bourbon section, not whiskey. The employee got angry & yelled across the aisle, "IM WELL AWARE. THANKS THOUGH," and drew unnecessary attention to an otherwise normal conversation. She then stood there waiting for a response as if she was hoping for an argument. Very strange. If you were "well aware" then you would've sent the customer to the right place the first time. Maybe learn about the products you're selling before you give people an attitude. Just a thought.
