Bad customer service. I easily spend a few thousand bucks a year at this store but I don't think I will do so in the future. I purchased a $20 boxed wine on Tuesday (March 28). When I took it home, I noticed that it was leaking and the bottom of the box was wet. When I opened the box to see if it can be salvaged somehow, I realized the bag was leaking and it smelled like rancid wine, so took it back to my car next morning to return it for another box. Never touched the nozzle. March is pretty much the busiest time of the year at my job, and I am typically in the office way past 9. So I could not make time to actually go back until Friday (March 31). They could see the thing was still full, and that it was unusable so restocking was never an option, but apparently I returned it too late. I left it there as it is and walked out. Anyway, may they enjoy the $20 of savings because I no longer will be buying $200 bottles of scotch from this place.

Huge wine selection. I went there for take out craft beer to drink at a nearby BYOB restaurant. Got what I wanted and was out in a couple of minutes .

Great selection of wines and spirits. Staff was knowledgeable.

This place is huge. They have a huge selection of wine that takes up more than half the store. A lot of liquor, but probably as much as any other large liquor store. They have a really nice variety of craft beer, both cold and warm cases, with lots brands you don't see in most liquor stores. They have great prices and to top it off, a big parking lot.
