Spare yourself the disappointment of doing business with 1 West Dupont Circle Wines and Liquors! Ordered a bottle Wigle PA Bourbon for a friend whom collects and seems to have everything but this one. Here's my experience thus far: -Paid for 2 day shipping, got here in 6 days with no tracking # ever sent -Paid for gift wrapping, item didn't get giftwrapped -Bottle labels in poor condition (pics attached) -Called about 4 days after the order, was connected to somebody working the counter at the store whom I could barely hear (poor connection) and whom took 4 or so minutes to "connect" so he could check my order. Was able to get a delivery date and tracking number, but when asked about the breach of two-day shipping, he stated he "did not deal with that" so.... -Sent an email to their "info" address basically recounting all this and with pics and have received no response. Very POOR customer experience. Do business with ANYONE else!

Great selection of beverages here. Wide open concept and everything is easy to find. Prices are reasonable

Whenever I come to MD/VA I have to stop here to pick up a couple bottles of Silverback Honey Rye Burbon to take back to LA with me. It is THE BEST!

I’ve made several purchases in a short period of time and this place processes and ships FAST. I’ve been very happy with the consistency. Items have always arrived well packed and in good shape. The prices are the prices. I have no complaints here. No one likes posting secondary prices, especially in the Bourbon market right now, but they are hardly out of line with competition. If you want a specific bottle, they’ve done a great job sourcing it, but be prepared to pay to market. My only complain is email customer service. I’ve sent a handful of notes asking questions and have only ever received one response. Disappointing. Not sure why there’s an email address listed if the company isn’t going to regularly respond. That aspect is likely going to affect whether I continue to make regular purchases.

They sold me a bottle of Blanton’s online with a broken seal. However, they issued a partial refund because of that.
