Great online shop with a plethora of choice. I've order twice now both shipments came in with in a week the first being 7 day and the second being just 5 day. Shipping is high but thats the norm when shipping g any beer from anywhere. Will continue to order my craft beer from craftshack. Thank you guys for being awsome!!

I ordered a KISS black diamond Rum on 11/28/22. A label was created 12/15/2022 with FEDEX but never moved. It is now 12/22/2022 and after calling and emailing almost every day for the past week they still can’t tell me anything on where my product is. It was something I really wanted to give as a gift to a die hard KISS fan but sadly that’s not gonna happen. I’m waiting til 12/23 to decide if I just ask for a refund. I’m so disappointed and the lack of transparency will make this my first and last transaction with this company.

I placed an order for Whipshots on 12/14, and received an email on 12/17 that the order was shipped. When tracking, FedEx is showing the label was created but they are still waiting on the package. I've emailed and called SEVERAL times. I received one email back saying they are looking into it and would reach out the 26th or 27th with an update, but I've heard nothing. I've called twice and both times had to leave a voicemail. They make you pay for product protection and a large shipping fee. At this point I am convinced this is a scam company and they never had any product to ship out. I'm giving it until the end of day today before I submit a chargeback through my credit card company because I can't even get in touch with anyone to get any kind of resolution.

Prices are excessive like most online stores on premium beer and bourbon. Waiting 10 days to get an order to ship results in items being unavailable that were available at the time of my order. I was a regular customer, but given canceled orders and long delivery delays, I'm no longer going to shop at CraftShack.

I just received my order today and was happy to see that everything was wrapped and secured in the box with no damage. I was concerned with shipping beer since the weather has recently dipped below freezing where I live and I worry about getting frozen beer or exploded cans that later melt and leak which could cause a further delay during the busy holiday shipping period. I contacted customer service and Ashley was great. She let me know that they watch the weather across the country and will actually hold orders before it leaves and inform the customers if the box has to travel through or is being delivered to a location that is forecast for extended below freezing temperatures. Enjoying my beers now that arrived just in time for the Holidays with family and friends. I would highly recommend CraftShack!
