Visited the store and saw much rude behavior from employees. Nearly got run over by a clerk running a cart through the aisles. Spoke to a manager about this and he offered no apology. This is a very rush rush business that does not care for their customer satisfaction.

I shop here for craft beer sometimes, because they have an awesome selection of beer as well (local, domestic, and imported beer), BUT I have been feeling extremely disappointed about something lately as well. For the last few weeks or even months, I suggested the possibility of adding some South African beer to the imported beer section. I must have made this same suggestion about 10 times, and every time I make this suggestion, I keep getting told that my suggestion is a good idea and that they will look into it, but then no one ever gets back to me about my suggestion. If my suggestion is not good, then please be upfront with me and tell me that my suggestion is not good, rather than telling me that you might consider trying out my suggestion and then never getting back to me! I do not think or feel that this is a very great way to conduct business, to tell a customer that you might consider their suggestion, and then never get back to them! On a separate note, South Africa has an awesome craft beer scene (the best on the continent), which is often overlooked unfortunately. It is very easy to find beer here from Japan, Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Iceland, England, Mexico, etc. So why not South Africa? Their beers are just as good, coming from someone who has tried some! Having some South African beer will look great in your large portfolio of imported beer, and I believe that they will be a big hit. I will certainly buy them up myself! Other than that, this place has friendly staff, as well as a great selection of wine and beer at reasonable prices. Cheers!

Went to buy some port on Thanksgiving eve. Music was blasting to a decibel level (80 or 90? ) that was completely unacceptable. I will probably not return to this Total. Why? The noise level. I needed to consult with my husband but could not have a phone conversation with the loud background. I'd rather drive into the district for a QUIET adult experience buying alcohol. Who is running this place & why the ear shattering "music"?

Great location and my favorite place to buy wine. Was worried that there would be parking fees, but they have validation.

At about 8:15 last night, I was doing a Doordash order. I got to the checkout line, and Jack jumped on an empty register to help. He then asked for the next customer in line, so I walked up to his register. Instead of assisting me with a quick one-item transaction, he looks passed me and turns me away for the other customers to come to his counter. I told him "okay, sure no problem", and kindly went to the other cashier. I forgot the other cashier's name, but he was very helpful with my easy checkout and I was out in seconds. Had it not been for the nice associate, I would have left zero stars (if that were an option), but that will make due for the refusal of assistance from Jack. I was utterly disappointed to know that associates like Jack can turn away customers/contractors for his own preference instead of just assisting them with no issue. If this establishment allows this to be acceptable and continue witout proper customer service training, I recommend anyone who comes here take their business elsewhere.
