I've had some customer service issues with this place that are entirely unique to this liquor store. One being that my wife had just changed her name and they wouldn't accept her debit card because her license didn't match (even though I was standing next to her with my ID). I could have accepted it if they would have at least gotten a manger to let me discuss it with him. I emailed liquor barn about it and they never responded. The second issue I had is one of the clerks thought I was stealing even though I just paid. Luckily it didn't progress, but how incompetent can you be when you can see me paying 15 ft in front of you!

The beer selection was (looks like it has closed since my visit in May 2015) incredible here--I focused on bourbon barrel aged beers and hit the jackpot on my visit from Alabama. My complaint is with the amount of old IPA they had on the shelves. At least heavily discount those babies and move them off of your shelves!

When foreigners are accompanying, please remember 'passport is only verified ID for foreigners'. Even though the store, of course, don't have any sign for this and their training guide shows how to verify the customers' age with their foreign ID very nicely, please do not ask or complain to employees. Once you do, the sale person calls you 'trouble' and you are ended up being told 'hey, it's just booze'. Oh wait, if you are lucky, foreign ID also acceptable depanding on which country you are from and who is your cashier.

Good selection; however they will not sell 6 pack variety beers. You cannot grab a single out of a 6 pack to try and they do not have a singles section. Go to the other liquor barns if you want singles.I will not return to this store again.

The sales-people are rude and not very knowledgeable about the beer they sell. They also do not sell to foreigners, refusing to sell beer to me when I was with my mother in law, who is 60, although she had her ID. I live in the area, and will never buy anything from them again.
