Why do I like shopping at Walmart? 1) The layout is the same wherever I go and thus easy for me to find things 2) The cleanliness and friendliness 3) The ease of getting in and out despite the size 4) I use the self checkouts ALL the time! 5) The ease of Walmart Pay Walmart is my store of choice wherever I'm at in the nation. I know the products are well priced and I can get what I'm looking for easily. Keep expanding! 🙂

They have associates that work here that are racist. This is the second time this happened. Today as I was leaving the store, my fiance and I checked out in the electronic section they didn't have a bag for our pillow and toys. As we're exiting the guy associate let several white people that didn't have their receipts out or a few items in the carts in bags. The guy associate stopped us to look at our receipt. I asked him why when we got to him he stopped us to ask for our receipt since the white people before us had no receipts out for him to check or some of their items in bags. He rudely said it's because we had a pillow and toys. I understand that it's the associates job to look at receipts as customers are leaving. However if they're going to do their job they need to make sure it applies to all customers and not racially profile black people. And once again this same thing happened a few days ago when I was here with my fiance. Cause I was here with my fiance, to buy groceries. The lady associate watched us the entire time scan our items out bag them and pay for them. While my fiance was putting the last of the bags in the cart, my fiance handed me the receipt. The lady associate had the audacity to come super close to my face and look at the receipt I had in my hand and stood there for several seconds before I gave her nasty look and then she backed away. The fact of the matter is she didn't say "excuse me may I see your receipt." Or anything of the sort, just stepped into my personal space without any indication of why she was doing that, she didn't say a word just got in my face. So distasteful. Like I said beforehand I understand the associates are required to look at receipts of customers. However they need to stop racially profiling black people and stop being rude. I will not be shopping at this Walmart ever again as this racist racially profiling has happened twice within a short time frame.

Go there on a Sunday afternoon and your store is packed. You only have 2 lanes open for check out which the lines are crazy long which makes self check out busy as well. You won’t pay or get any new cashiers but you have 3 people standing in self check out like robots and status just watching people. Come on use these people to help your customers not to stand there and stare like you already stole something. Terrible service you offer !!!!

Upper management fixes any problems that I had in Pick up! Mad house. And Darryl was too busy to avoid mistakes. I hope he was more careful with our on line orders. It's not fun to be told your order was already picked up and then mysteriously my Credit card is charged and then re credited shortly within minutes of driving away from walmart after telling us the order was picked up! Which it wasn't! It happened within 2 weeks at the I10 location 3 different times! Each time I had to get on the phone call customer service because I was worried about my credit card being charged for something I did not receive! But I spent the gas and the time to go over there and pick up my promise on that apparently was still in the store and never brought to my car but marked already picked up! So frustrating customer service online is awesome I'm telling all of you if you have a problem call them they actually get a hold of people that care! I don't order online from that store anymore I drive to three other locations because come on three times in a row? Upper management care enough to look into the situation since cameras were available and when you have an appointment time they ask you to do that because there's perishables yet Daryl told me that I had to wait in line behind everybody that was just pulling up to pick up orders without an appointment? I wasn't the only one that waited over an hour and had to leave the camera showed four of us up at the door trying to find out why we were waiting so long and where our orders were. I thought it might have been a fluke that one day because Daryl was running it and obviously did not have the correct information to do his job he even told me when I walked inside being 67 years old and a knee full of tears from my arthritis to ask him if I could please get my order inside and he told me no and I said there was nowhere to park and he told me to go out and park in number 20 and I said well can somebody go with me so they can make sure nobody parks there and he said no and I then asked him well then if I go out there will there be will it be free and be said yes. When I walked outside past the nice man at the entryway who always waves and says thank you I saw number 20 with a big black truck! So I walked over to the outside door I knocked on the door they told me to go ahead and stay parked where I was which was one space over from where the posted sign area for pickup was I sat on the back of my tailgate he knew where I was and my order still did not come. To make things worse I saw a woman pull in to pick up her groceries and after she told me she waited 45 minutes she went inside and demanded her pickup and they gave it to her! I felt discriminated against. I reported that to management so they could check everything out I hope the problems are fixed good luck. The most frustrating thing was the reason that I ordered online was the convenience of the pickup with an appointment. That system did not work honestly they need to make sure that the people that have an appointment are on one list and immediately get served I don't know it's really frustrating when you spend over an hour online putting in 65 items of food and comparing prices and then your order is just a raid and never received

I stopped in to this Walmart for just a few things. The item I wanted most, they did not have. I found the other items easily enough. They have very few human cashiers, and since I want those people to keep their jobs, I walked and walked until I found an open lane. It appears that management doesn't want to provide this human contact. She was very nice, but there was some snafu with her register and I waited 5 minutes for her to be able to sign in on this machine. I couldn't go to another register because there were none open. I bought just 4 items. Seems like a lot of hassle and then to walk out with item that sent me there, not being in stock. Typical for Walmart, I guess.
