Grateful for everything Liz has done and continues to do.

Liz is an exceptional and compassionate individual, particularly focused on addressing PTSD, anxiety, and depression - an issue prevalent in our country. In my experience, few people genuinely care about those they interact with daily, and Liz is one of them.

Liz helped me through one of my toughest times.

I was a little skeptical about speaking to a therapist in the first place, but I thought Liz did a really good job explaining the process and making me feel comfortable right from the start. I really felt the benefits of supporting my mental health immediately and Liz helped me to work through issues and find a place of calm. She was a great listener and full of helpful advice. I found myself constantly saying “that’s a great idea”! I would recommend her to anyone!

Very professional and compassionate.

I'll be honest, I was always a bit wary about therapy, but Liz changed all that. From the get-go, she made me feel like I was chatting with an old friend rather than speaking with a therapist. One of Liz's greatest gifts is her knack for making you feel at ease. She knows how to ask the right questions. Opening up was never easy for me, but Liz created a space where I always felt comfortable. If you're looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine care, look no further than Trauma Therapy Center: WPB.

Best care!!!

I experienced a significant loss in my life a couple years ago. Liz helped me to work through the stages of grief and to begin rebuilding my life without them. As my counselor; she guided me to help me figure out what I wanted my life to look like. And together we achieved that.
