What? I was hoping to take my mom to this dentist but after reading all these horrible reviews. I think not!!! Or, should I change my mind, on second thoughts, I would love to meet the Renowned Renee. lol

Dr. Seid is the best! I was so afraid & he made feel comfortable and did a great job. I recommend ProHealth Dental to anyone & everyone. Staff is awesome , super nice and understanding humans.

This is a review for the older front receptionist who answers the phone, She's extremely rude. I will find a new dentist based on this one interaction with that horrible person, who seems to be completely put out by doing her job. I'm so sorry me as a patient is a causation for you to work. Maybe find another job or train up on your service skills? I called regarding and issue that I thought was quite urgent and she didn't want to give me a same day appointment. When asked for a referral she says "OH NO YOUVE OPENED UP A CAN OF WORMS" like what? lady just do your job you are not the dentist okay, so pull back. I hope you see this and remember our conversation and that this makes you change how you speak to people cause it was VERY unprofessional and rude. I called looking for help only to be met with a "couldn't be bothered" attitude. THANKS GUYS!!

This office is a mess. The office staff especially a woman named Renee is rude and unprofessional. I took my 96 yr old mother for a visit and we waited over three hours before we saw the dentist. There were not enough seats for the "throng" of patients waiting to be seen. A paper had to be faxed to the insurance office and Renee was unable to accomplish a rudimentary task. She gave me a number for the insurance company and tole me to call myself. Renee gave me my mother's paper work, a phone number and told me to leave and come back another day. I called from the office repeating to the insurance company representative exactly what Renee said to me. As I was speaking to the customer service representative Renee was shouting over the desk that I was mis quoting her. I wasn't. What I learned from speaking to the rep was that Renee had given me the wrong number. The second appointment I did not attend. The third appointment, today I waited with my mother over one hour to see the dentist. We never saw the dentist, rather we saw the technician. He told us that he was waiting for us and that Renee wouldn't give him a room to make my mother's mold. As I spoke to him about my dissatisfaction with Renee she can running into the exam room screaming that she "hated me." I am not the patient mind you. My 96 year old mother is the patient. I waited to speak to the dentist and he and the office manager, Connie offered me a "hug" -- I kid you not. If you have a choice...choose another dentist. This place looks like a MASH unit.
