Amazing office with amazing staff! Dr. Gelfand takes his time to make sure you understand what he's doing. The hygienist I saw was very gentle and very knowledgeable and the receptionist, Kat, was very polite and friendly! Will definitely be back and will reccomend!

Was looking for new dentist came here after one bad experience , this office cares only about money and what ur insurance covers ,everytime My sons visit was over Dr Gelfand ran out to go on computer to check coverage lol I was astounded , I’ve never seen this in any office especially when I gave Kat the receptionist all my information on my insurance prior to going and my insurance covers full coverage ,Very money hungry !!so got all the X Rays from previous dentist sent over took 2 months to , this office , they didn’t look at dates of x Rays !!!!! and gave my sons fillings that were not needed because Kat receptionist or Dr Gelfand did not look at date of x Rays and gave fillings from the old x Rays I was in disbelief , my son experienced a lot of pain after for a month back n forth to the office because of pain after a month it eases off btw my sons never experienced pain at any office after a filling , I was already upset at this ,so now my son goes for a cleaning and Kat calls me to say I owe them $25 because it was a month prior to the cleaning!! So let me get this right , she’s a receptionist ???? Besides never answering the phone , tell me what it is that you exactly do??? you don’t check the dates of cleaning , you don’t answer the phone , you don’t even check the date of the x Rays and let the doctor give my sons 3 fillings that weren’t necessary!!!!! Or is that the Sr Gelfands fault ? Who knows? At this point I’m raged! I think it’s your responsibility to check my last cleaning or the last x Rays u had not mine! I have never in 20 years been asked by any dentistry office that I owed 25 dollars for the polish , my point is be very careful because the receptionist Kat doesn’t know what she is doing and doesn’t care she smiles, but it very fake , not very nice ! The other receptionist from other office was pleasant don’t remember her name . So They did 3 fillings on my son that weren’t necessary by reading the wrong x Rays !!!! And u have the nerve to call me and want 25 dollars for polish because u didn’t check the last cleaning date when it’s your job !!!! To check x Ray dates and cleaning dates, it’s your job Kat isn’t that your job ??? That’s why your there!! ! save yourself from pain and misery be careful ! Where’s the dentist that care and are good without trying to scam u for a dollar or giving unnecessary fillings and providing you with good work!! Hopefully the next dentist and receptionist are on tact and do basic things like looking at dates of last appointment or dates of x Rays!!! My son also said that dre Gelfand was rough with him while doing fillings that weren’t necessary and I believe all the pain he endured was because he is not very professional, who doesn’t read dates on x rays!! What does that say about a dentist who doesn’t read the x Rays dates!!!! Also Please stop answering to people that they’re name is not in your office when given bad reviews , accept that your office screwed up! People have better things to do than to write a comment for nothing What a joke!

Amazing caring staff. I posted a review at Woodbridge location. Having 4 on 4 implants. This was a shock to me after surgery. I received a call to see how I was doing never expected that. Shows how devoted they are to your well being. I wish I would have known Dr.G years before would have saved 15 thousand on unnecessary and failed treatment. Thanks to whole staff for making my implants so much easier. I will post a picture when procedure is done 😁. THANKS ONCE AGAIN. 💯% thumbs up 👍Dr. G. I can't wait. My whole family has switched to CityView Smiles for there exceptional work and wonderful staff. I had a filling done on top front tooth at Dr Genna Gelfand’s office. I came with no pain just a bit of a sore feeling. Now l constantly have pain and there is space and a gap between the new filling and the tooth . I called to Dr Gelfand and ask for a refund He said he did it in 100% his job ability and I will not get a refund from him. I prefer not to have him redo it as he did not do it well. I do not trust him anymore to do a good job on my tooth the second time around. Now I need to go somewhere else and have it fixed properly and pay AGAIN. And Please don’t respond “ WE HAVE NO PATIENT BY YOUR NAME IN ANY OF OUR OFFICES” as you are doing to all bad reviews .

Dr. Gelfand and his staff are professional, friendly and personable! Clean, sterile and modern facilities. They explain their work and make suggestions to maintain the highest levels of oral hygiene. Highly recommended!
