Professional, progressive, patient and prompt

Dr. Benson Fung, his colleagues and staff are professional, progressive, patient and prompt. My family and I have had numerous procedures performed at Vancouver Dental at Victoria & 54th, and have always been impressed with the level of skill and expertise backed up with the most advanced dentistry technology. Procedures we have undergone have always been thoroughly explained and justified with alternatives offered if appropriate. All our questions are acknowledged and answered patiently. We have never felt rushed or pressured. Vancouver Dental also accommodates patients with convenient hours and weekend appointments. When you arrive for your appointment, you get the impression everyone involved is happy to see you and has your best outcomes at heart. Within minutes you’re in the chair, no languishing in the waiting room. Their caring and commitment makes your dental experience the best it can be.

The office manager helped me book my first appointment and made my entire visit smooth and pleasant. Dr. Lawson and Manmeet were great. They were very thorough and explained everything they were doing.

I contacted this practice due to a dental emergency involving a very painful broken tooth. I have very bad dental anxiety but Dr shum was just fantastic. He not only managed to find time that day to see me, but he got the tooth out with minimal pain and anxiety for me. The front desk staff are also very friendly and professional! I will be moving my whole family to this practice and would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Great dental office! The staff are all friendly and attentive. They hygenists explain what they are doing every step of the way, and can pull up x-rays on the screen in the exam room to explain to you what your dental situation is. They have been open to talking about options based on what my dental coverage is. The hygenists and Dr. Shum are very thorough and they all seem to genuinly care that you are informed and have a good experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

The staff is very friendly, especially those at the front desk. Everytime I have my cleaning, Christine is very nice and friendly. Also, Dr. Fung explains the procedures and treatments very well- the way patients understand.
