My family and I go to Richlea for all our dental care. I took my boys (4 & 5) for the first time last year. I was super nervous because they are anxious kids when it comes to certain things. They loved it!! The dentist was so thorough explaining stuff to them in kiddy terms. The staff in general is so warm and friendly. For my teeth which are a bit more complicated, I have never felt so at ease at a dental office! The hygienist was spot on when it came to getting all my plaque out and getting my teeth and mouth feeling shiny and clean. I had a extremely deep cavity. The dentist was so thorough in explaining the situation prior to getting it filled. It got filled promptly and with no pain. Obviously, the needle to freeze my mouth was the only pinch I felt. He warned me of possible complications because of how deep the filling was. It has been almost 2 years and everytime I have gone for cleaning, he has followed up and checked that tooth. Knock on wood, but I have not experienced any complications with that filling. Also, they have been very accommodating whenever I try to set up an appointment for my whole family, so we only need to make one trip. Thanks Richlea!

Dr Yu and his entire office are professional, caring, and dedicated. I was amazed that Set noted down details from our last conversation and followed up on them; this made my time in the chair a lot more enjoyable. The email/text confirmations and reminders are also a nice touch. I never have any more qualms about going to the dentist!

Great dental practice! Everyone from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to Dr. Yu are kind, patient and address any concerns you have. I normally hate going to the dentists but this entire team make the experience as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!!

I've been going to see Dr. Yu and his hygienists for over 5 years now and have nothing but good experiences. Dr. Yu takes the time to discuss treatment options and only does what is necessary. I've had two extractions done by him and a few fillings and he is super efficient. His assistant Wendy is also great and puts me at ease, thank you! My kids also see Dr. Yu and they love going to the dentist now. I could not recommend a better office.
