I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Phoebe Tsang as my 5 year son's dentist. His dental visits have been so comfortable and kid-friendly. Just last week, my son had his cavities taken out along with a couple of crowns. We agreed to go through with the conscious sedation as I know he'd probably not go through with it if we hadn't. Dr. Tsang and Heidi(Dental assistant) were so nice in explaining everything that I needed to hear prior, present and after the procedure. He came out just fine as his first words were ""I had a bad dream"". He didn't need to be traumatized by the drilling, the tugging and the needles if he wasn't sedated. I'm so thankful for everything Dr. Tsang and her team have done."

It would be difficult to imagine a better dental experience for my children. Dr. Tsang - and her exceptional team - are service focussed, highly professional and really child aware. I have been especially appreciative of the hygienists - who routinely go above and beyond - by asking the right questions, by providing relevant information and feedback, by following-up with the DR. and getting back to us, and by allaying worries and concerns. Thank you for the excellence you bring to you work!

Everything was well explained from the initial visit through the surgery and after-care. Our hygienist was amazing from start to finish, as well as the dentist and front desk staff. You are all so amazing, thank you!

Friendly & welcoming front line staff. Clean facility & waiting room with play-area for kids while they wait. Dr.Tsang was extremely patient & calm when dealing with our son who has severe autism and was dealing with an acute mouth injury. They were able to fit us in very quickly when we were in crisis mode. She is the only dentist our son has ever opened his mouth to in 6 years. It took a lot of time to get him to be comfortable enough to open his mouth, but they waited very patiently and did not make us feel rushed at all. My son felt very safe & comfortable around her. She was very compassionate and even took extra time to call us that evening to further discuss her findings.
