Very poor customer service

I have been going to Clayburn Dental for many years now. Once I get in the chair, it’s always such a pleasurable, professional experience! I’m giving a 1 star not because of the dentist or dental assistants. Because they are AMAZING. But because of the awful, terribly rude receptionists. I have had so many horrible experiences with. These are the people who are representing this company—and quite honestly I LOVED Clayburn dental until I just couldn’t put up with the disrespectful way they continue to talk to me every time I have to interact with them. Seems like they are just highly unprofessional, untrained, uneducated.

Lost a filling, and the people at Clayburn dental were able to get me in for next-day treatment! Due to pregnancy, they had to adapt the care to my needs. They were great about it, and walked me through the treatment options, prices, and payment options before care, despite having a busy clinic! Great people, and great dental care.

I have been going to Clayburn Dental for around 8 years. They are a great caring group of people from the administrative staff to the Dentists themselves. I highly recommend Clayburn Dental to my friend's as I have done so. I have nothing negative to say about this group of people. Highly professional caring people.

Dr Chin is the best dentist you will find, anywhere. He has a horrible sense of humor (which I enjoy), and is a fantastic guy,. He is a skilled and caring dentist and is always looking for ways to help. He always puts his clients first, strongly recommend!
