I met with Dental Hygienist, Simi, and Dr Hans today in my first visit to Bridgeview Dental. It was all such a pleasant experience! Simi did a great job of cleaning my teeth and was interesting and lovely company. Dr Hans dropped in for a discussion afterwards, and she, too, exuded warmth and welcome. I will absolutely be back for all my future dental needs! 100% recommend this dental clinic!

Bridgeview Dental has impressed us so much and they aren't even our regular dentist. :) From the front desk receptionists to the dentists and their assistants, they are all so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My husband has been to Bridgeview once and I have been twice. When we needed them and our regular dentist was closed, they were open and made time to see us. They billed our insurance and made us feel like we were established patients. If you're looking for a dentist or if you have a dental issue on the weekend, we highly recommend Bridgeview Dental.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bridgeview Dental. I was overcharged for my services despite having 100% insurance coverage. At the time, I wasn’t aware of my full coverage, but later realized it when my family used dental services at a different clinic and paid nothing. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt upon payment. I had to call twice to finally get one, and even then, the front staff had no explanation for why I was charged. They did not offer any apology or attempt to clarify the situation. When I asked for a refund, instead of simply putting the money back on my card, I was told I had to come in to pick up a cheque—an unnecessary inconvenience. Although I have now received my refund, the whole experience felt like a scam. No one could explain why I was charged in the first place, and the lack of accountability was frustrating. While the dental hygienist did a good job, the front staff seriously needs better training because they do not handle customer concerns professionally. I would never recommend Bridgeview Dental to anyone. If you want transparency and proper customer service, go elsewhere.

I just went to Bridgeview Dental and I thought it was a productive experience. The dentist I was with was very kind and enthusiastic about her profession and showed me everything I needed to know about my filling. This dental facility even had my health care cover most of the work there. Even the receptionist was courteous when I first came here. The scheduling there is also very adaptable with my personal life, which makes me glad. I look forward to my next appointment with them.

Amazing experience everytime. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind and in my experience they have gone above and beyond with me as a client. You know they are doing a good job when you look forward to your dentist visit.
