Its odd for me to see such a low rating for Monarch. My kids have been visiting this practice since 2014 and I feel the business is run well. The dentists that have serviced my kids are Dr Elsa, Dr Mark and Dr Peter all are extremely attentive to the child's care. They patiently explain all details of their work or future quoted work. Their team of assistants ALWAYS make the visit about the patients (very friendly during the whole process).

My son very very like Dr Shan . She is very beautiful and very nice. She did a wonderful job for my son. We will come here for taking care of my son's teeth.

Took my kids there for a few years now. Dr Peter is a good dentist and some of the dental assistants are not too bad. This week, went in for an extraction with my 8 year old daughter. A new young dentist and a new dental assistant helped us at the City Square location. The experience was brutal. My daughter ended up crying the whole hour and a half we were there and all the dentist and the staff cared about was adding extra charges so although both myself and my wife have the best extended coverage, they have charged me over $200 out of pocket for the visit, on top of what they have charged the insurance. I went home and checked the bill from the previous extraction and it was only $20 out of pocket expense, using only my wife’s dental plan. So quite a dramatic change. When I called to ask for an explanation, all I got was a voicemail. Someone did call me back three days later. A lady was very condescending over the phone, telling me several times that I don’t understand how insurance works. She kept on talking over me, in a raised voice, telling me off. Needless to say I won’t be going back there. It seemed to me that all they care about these days is money, with zero focus on customer service. Too bad!

Dr Jonathan is really amazing ! Dr Jonathan not only saved all my son’s deep cavity tooth but also take out two extra teeth without remove my son’s front teeth. After the big surgery, my son just told me that he can’t wait to see Dr Jonathan again. The surgery team is really amazing ! !

We’ve seen several different dentists here and they’ve all been absolutely great and very accommodating! Even popped in unexpectabtly and the orthodontist was able to see our son last minute. We highly recommend them for kids!
