Just became their patient not long ago, had only visited twice so far (1 for xray & 1 for cleaning). Getting my 3 teeth extracted this friday, so far the receptionist named Amy have been really sweet and helpful as well as patience with all my concerns. Will confirm the bothersome negative reviews by others and then update my review this weekend after extractions are done.

Super friendly staff, great dental care. I've had a history of dental issues growing up, came in for a check up after not going to the dentist for a while. The doctor went through the X-ray with me and explained what was wrong, how we might fix it and how to go about it so I use my dental coverage well. Had two appointments now for cavities and both were smooth, quicker than expected and overall very comfortable (relative to general dentistry). Would highly recommend.

Not only were they 1 hour and 40 minutes late for my appointment,I ended up leaving as they never came into my room to check on me. After leaving and calling to tell them about the frustration, they left me on hold for 5 minutes forcing a call back. The manager, Sharon, was apolgetic. She seemed to understand customer service. She called back and put the dentist on the phone. He, disgenuine, mustered up some excuses. He was told we would not be returning. His reply was quick, as though hoping to hear that. A money hungry office that did not see value in my family because we didn't spend money on procedures/items we didn't need that they continued to recommend. You will see that the other reviews are not favourable either. Convenience is not enough to support a sham of a business.

It is totally a nightmare and messy!! Agree with RL, same feeling - I will never come back to Madison and will NEVER recommend Karim Lalani to ANYONE. They only want money.

I decided to go to Madison to get my teeth cleaned in December last year. This was the first time I went there and had to wait 1 hour to do my fillings while he was talking to his new assistant or whatever. The work he has done on my teeth is terrible. Teeth cleaning is teeth cleaning, he decided to do root planning without me even knowing! After seeing him, my teeth has constantly been bleeding every time after brushing or flossing. This has never happened before, even with my previous dentist/hygienist. I was concerned about this so i booked another appointment at madison recently, and once again, my teeth was bleeding again. Every time i told them there was pain or lots of bleeding, they kept saying "its normal" and telling me to do invisligne and payment options. When i got home, the pain increased and it became unbearable that i called them to check-up immediately later that day. When i got there, once again they saying "its normal" and suggest that i do surgery for gum disease and made me book an appointment to measure and then ANOTHER appointment afterwards to do the surgery. They just keep making me come back week after week, making us spend more and more on their ridiculous nonsense. I will never come back to Madison and will NEVER recommend Karim Lalani to ANYONE. They only want money.
