I give 5 stars to Dr. MacDonald and staff! They were amazing, helped me throughout a painful experience and i did not had to worry or be stressed about dealing with insurances. Some of the negative reviews here are very surprising to me. All i have to say is that people have to judge based on their own experience. After all, we play a responsible role to make sure we as payee follow up and make sure all went well with our insurances we cant just sit back and hope all went well. We tend to always point fingers at others but very rarely point out the positive and the good things they do for us. Important lesson that may change people attitude towards each other.

Count yourself lucky if you get a root canal done here; staff are fabulous and make sure you are aware and comfortable with everything plus Dr MacDonald makes sure you comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Super nice doctor and does an excellent job. My root canal was done yesterday and today there is no discomfort and I can use the tooth already. After years of fearing dental work, these wonderful people turned it into a positive experience! It just doesn't get any better than this!!

I am the coworker of the previous reviewer Monica. I just want to leave my review and my story to that receptionist. When my coworker was on the phone with that receptionist she used speaker phone so I can hear very clearly. I can be the witness to prove that the receptionist was lying. My coworker didn't call back after 30 mins, we do have the phone record to match up the time, she called back right away within 5 mins, even the receptionist who was talking to my coworker was saying that "we talked like 5 mins ago" so I don't understand that why the receptionist have to lie about it and posted on the public post. Her attitude was definitely terrible, her tone was rude and she did raise her voice by telling my coworker "NO I WILL NOT HOLD YOUR CHARGE!". I think it was pretty fair to ask them to hold the payment for a bit while checking with the insurance company since they charged after 6 months, and my coworker didn't say she's not gonna pay, all she said was "please hold my charge for a bit while I'm checking with the insurance company". The receptionist crossed the line by giving her attitude. It was fine if she admitted but she didn't and she chose to lie about it and blamed it on the customer. Do you really want to go to a place that the staff lie and blame it on you? I don't think so. The receptionist has my coworker's phone number she can simply call her and apologize to her but she didn't, she chose to posted a lie on google review. My dentist wanted to refer me to that office but after seeing my coworker's bill I was shocked. There are more option out there with cheaper price and more reliable receptionist, the most important thing of doing business is being honest. I can't stand the person who lied. For that price you would expect professional staff welcoming you, not being rude to you and blaming the problem back to the customer. What she needed to do is call and apologize but she chose to lie.
