Happy patient

Two crowns and no problems. Always professional and caring. Love Violet and her staff. It is a “painless” enjoyable experience.

Awesome first experience here. I hadn't been to the dentist in fair amount of time and they were so accommodating, pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to being a patient here for a long time!

I have a fear of dentists and have stuck with this place since I was younger out of fear, however, I am now older and wiser and will never be coming here again. Every single time I come here, they tell me I have the saliva of a 30 year old man(I am a female in her teens), and I have cried every single time I have come here. I do not recommend going to orchid dental under any circumstances- the only good dentist here was Dr. Dutchak and he no longer works there.

If you are looking for a dentist in whom you can have total confidence and trust, then I strongly recommend Dr. Violet Ross-Kasza and her Orchid Dental Clinic. My wife and I have been patients of Violet Ross for many years and we have always been impressed with her meticulous and efficient professional practice and her personable manner. We feel very comfortable with her conscientious care and perfect results. As well, the office, other staff, and hygienists are skilled, pleasant, helpful and go out of their way to make the dental event a smooth experience. (Max and Judith van Manen)

I was dealing with intermittent pain in one molar. My dentist in Sooke could only suggest toothpaste for sensitive teeth. It was no help. I finally started calling around, Orchid took my in right away. Dentist did a little tooth grinding for immediate pain relief. Then she investigated and found I needed a root canal and cap for that tooth. She has taken me for other emergency visits, always right away. She has advised one other crown, and my teeth have been pain free since she fixed up the cracked ones. Never a long wait in the office. Everyone in the office is cheerful and friendly.
