Great dental practice. I used to hate going to the dentist but not anymore. Dr.Shin is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything going on with my teeth. I followed her recommendations and on my follow up visit, she noted significant improvement. Had a root canal as well and it was great. All staff are nice and friendly.

I went in because of a sore tooth. The dentist I saw sent me to Dr Lee for a root canal. I was in so much pain during the procedure jumping in my seat from the jolt of pain every time he put the endo needles in. I left there in pain but was hoping the pain would subside but it didn’t. Went back and he xrayed it again. Didn’t say anything was wrong. He filed it down a touch and I left hoping the pain would go away. It didn’t...I went back 2 more times but all it seemed was I was just a pain and annoyance. I left with Dr. Lee saying give it more time. He was terrible and no compassion for the pain I was in or no offering a solution. I’ve left it alone and the pain subsided enough to just leave it alone. But he didn’t put a temporary filling or anything. Now a year later I was in excruciating pain on the the same tooth. Went to a different dentist. She said it has been PERFORATED by the previous dentist. How is it that he didn’t tell me this? Now there is no saving the tooth and it will be a difficult extraction!! I’m so upset and do not understand why patients have no recourse for this type of thing?? I should be compensated for the money I spent on the root canal as well as the cost for the extraction. But it’s never fair for the patient. It’s so frustrating. Dr lee was just happy to not see me again!

Since I've come to Vancouver, I used several dentistry clinics and were got disappointed due to mistreatment or ripping off, some of which didn't even put on anesthetics at all in spite of the request during the treatment. Actually it's been a while to switch back and forth from one to another until I met TOM Lee's professional dentistry clinic. Few weeks ago I had a dental prosthesis took apart from my molar and spent few days agonizing where to get it done properly. At the moment I remembered Tom Lee's ad and came visit the place after an appointment, cause I thought trying something new wouldn't hurt. However, unlike my low expectation, Tom Lee's dentistry clinic's treatment was above and beyond, cause they diagnosed my tooth cavity using cutting-edge X ray examine tools in a minutes and put an anesthetics before the treatment even though I didn't ask for it at all, and it took even less than half an hour once started. Since then, I noticed the prosthesis wasn't even that I felt some pains and visited there again to get it done nicely with no extra charges for it. Some well known dentistry clinics dragged patients thanks to viral marketing but rip them off neither doing proper treatment ( NO anesthetics beforehand) as well as even pesters unnecessary scaling although it's not even close to the time to have it yet and even rudely says they're focusing on implant needed patients mostly. However, Tom Lee's dental clinic made BIG DIFFERENCE from them, and I'm pleased to discover TOM Lee's within walking distance from my home. If anyone of you guys are suffered due to improper treatment or rip off from other dental clinics, I strongly recommend to come visit Tom Lee's because it worth visiting once to get how great they are!!

Have been into the office several times for cleanings and once for a crown. Never a bad experience and always painless! The staff are always friendly every time I go!
