As a new patient I have gone to Dr Chen Clinic because I got fooled by the five star reviews when I searched for a dentist near me. On my first visit I got very simple " permanent" filling which fall out after 19 DAYS !!!!. Very bad workmanship and or bad materials. I believe both. Even my family questioned and criticized this filling after the visit. I called the office during working hours. Nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody called back and apologized. I am very disappointed that Dr Chen he didn't put any efforts into communicating and discussing permanent options to fix it. I will never go to this clinic. I can't afford this kind of patient care.

We see Dr. Eric (Yim) and Dr. Chen as a family. They offer fantastic service and are really good with my kids. They are friendly, professional and honest with their advice.

Unheard of. My husband had an appointment for yesterday at 3:30pm. An hour before the time he got the call from them pushing it to today 11am. Ok, things happen, no problem... 11:10am he seat into the dentist chair, and was told to wait few minutes, till the doctor is with him. Sure!.. He seat there for AN HOUR! A FULL HOUR IN THE CHAIR waiting for the doctor to come, and having no luck, so he got up and left. Left still having the same tooth pain, zero attention, and an hour of his life waisted. Ridiculous! If you appreciate your time and health stay away!
