In the business to get more cavities for children

Alert! As a dentist office, they would be promoting dental health. Instead, they give kids candies!

We were referred to Little Smiles because our three year old daughter had a cavity between her two front teeth. After reviewing the x-rays, Dr. Ban advised us that her teeth would need to be extracted. We sought a second opinion from another pediatric dentist who was eventually able to treat the cavity without extracting our daughter's two teeth. This, I can understand. Medical opinions are just that - they're opinions. My irritation stems from the actions of the staff at Little Smiles when we tried to have our daughter's x-rays sent to the other pediatric dentist for the second opinion. At first, Little Smiles sent only a portion of the x-rays that were taken at their clinic - not including an x-ray of the problem teeth. When we called again to request the correct x-rays, we were told more were on the way. We waited, and waited some more, only to receive additional irrelevant x-rays. We finally got tired of waiting that morning and paid to have our daughter's front teeth x-rayed again at the other pediatric dentist's clinic. It was a complete waste of our time and money.

Dr. Ban is very gentle and caring as well as his his team. They did a great job with my 3.5 year old son who needed a number of fillings, following a logic treatment plan. He required sedation for his last treatment and it went very well even though my son was not an easy patient! I am very thankful

Had first dental visit today for our 3 years old. The best doctor and nice nurses and Receptionist. They really know how to deal with kids. My son was shying but he didn't afraid and even let doctor to clean his teeth. The best experience. Highly recommended!
