Primary Care Pediatric Dentistry

They are all amazing there! From Teresa at the front desk or Dr. Jen... they are all amazing. Been taking my son there for almost 4 years and have always been amazing with him. My son used to have major anxiety but now loves it there and points it out every time we drive by. Thank you!

I really liked this dentist so it is a shame that we will have to be finding a new one for our son. The lady in the office was so rude today to me after having many phone calls she informed me that my son's appointment was to be pushed back because of an emergency with a younger child which I totally understand but the new time did not work for me cause of work and my son would benefit better from an appointment first thing in the morning because of his disabilities and medication which he would not be able to take because of the sedation. After trying to accommodate the new time I was not able to so I called back to reschedule my appointment and was told that I would have to pay a $150 fee if I cancelled why cause you changed the time? I don't think so!!!! She proceeded to tell me that my son could have his original time even though the 3 year old needed the appointment cause of blood sugar problems. Who dose this makes someone feel bad cause I only want what's best for my son and the poor 3 year old that needed the first appointment more than my son. All I wanted to do was change the day but I guess that doesn't work for this company who obviously is only in it for the money!!! And to keep the schedule straight I get it that a business is to make money but not in this way. So very unprofessional!!!! How dare you try and make me feel bad cause you want to keep your schedule full. How about if you have an emergency and have to push back a patient fine but let them reschedule without having to pay a $150 fee for your office mistake. Again I will say this dentist is great but she needs a new office lady who has no compassion at all!!! Again if I was changing the appointment then I understand a fee but not when your office changes it!!!!!! NOT OK. UPDATE with further review I believe I was being charged for things my son never needed. The tech who cleaned his teeth said that his teeth looked great but the dr said he had 2 cavities but my estimate said 3 cavities no cool. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

I was asked to have my child over my lap while she worked on him; he (4) was very afraid and didn't like that at all. She didn't do much to make him feel comfortable. I was also told we needed to book a general anesthetic appointment at the Langley Hospital to do a procedure with her. This is when I stopped going there. Went to Child's play dentistry and the doctor said no anesthetic is necessary as they can use a simple sedation method which worked really well and he is not afraid of dental appointments any more; they ask you to stay in the wait room as they are very competent with children and we are very happy with them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My son had amazing care here 2 separate times. His nurse made sure he was comfortable the entire time.

Yes horrible experience I don't think I will recommend this place!! Not enough experience with Kids.
