Clean, pleasant staff, great kids playroom in waiting area and Very patient with my son. They make the experience fun, and he gets so excited to get his toy at the end. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone with young kids.

I take my two young children here and we always have a wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in to the front lobby, it is set up more like a play centre than a clinic and there is a neat little play area for the kids while you fill out forms. The staff are so friendly and kind, they really know how to talk to children and set them at ease. Dr. Vertel introduced herself to me and welcomed me.. just by talking to her you can tell she has a big heart and is passionate about her work - she's put a lot of thought and hard work into her practice. Compared to the other practices I've taken my oldest son, this place is a real gem for our community. If you're looking for a new dentist for your kids I suggest you check them out!

Let me start by saying, I like the dentist here but the support staff is terrible. After they cancelled our original appointment and rescheulded for 8 weeks later, we showed up for our appointment 1 minute after 4pm. All of the doors were locked, the security gates were up and there was a sign on the door that said go around the building and up the stairs to find the entrance. Fine, so we go up to the rooftop parking where of course we can't find and entrance. Then I call them, no answer. So we go back to the front entrance and there's someone inside now. The woman comes to the door and says we're late so all of the dentists have left (rudely). Really because your hours right there on the door say you're open until 4:30? We were here and the sign says go to the rooftop to enter? They definitely expected us accommodate them and didn't return the sentiment. Don't waste your time, there are other good dentists in Maple Ridge.

My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist. The staff are friendly and never condescending and always let the kids know what they are going to do before they do it. Great place for kids!
