I went to Dr. Lotays office yesterday, it was my first time going there. I walked in and was not greeted. The receptionist that works for ridge meadows endodontics is very rude. I did not realize that there is two separate offices/ receptionists in the same building. I was already nervous and not feeling very comfortable about my appointment. I filled out the paper work, and asked the only receptionist that was on hand if I was supposed to give her the paperwork. She than told me she works on the other side and did not take my paperwork, I said well I did not know that. She proceeded to say that is why I am telling you. This woman was so rude to me for no reason that it made me cringe. I was also very unimpressed that Dr. Lotay had no receptionist working. This experience would have not happened if it was a more professional environment. Luckily the nurse that works for him was amazing! I somehow left with a smile but I still think that receptionist could have been more kind and considerate.

I went into see the Specialist to complete the root canal my dentist couldn't. I had a pleasant experience from the beginning to end, The staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease. I only had to pay the portion that wasn't covered by my insurance, ( which was a huge help to me) , rather than paying all of it up front, like most specialist's offices do. I would definitely recommend this office if you need a root canal.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t do 0. If you can avoid this place do it. The lady on the phones is extremely rude and does not accommodate to patients in pain. I have had a hole in my tooth for a month and all they care about is receiving their money not about the care of the patients. I have coverage and was not able to pay the difference up front until I got paid (1 day after the apt) and asked to get an invoice and to pay the next day. She told me that was not their policy and therefor it resulted in me cancelling an appointment I’ve waited weeks for. Now I’m still stuck with a hole in my tooth and extreme pain and back to square one. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you enjoy going to a place with rude reception & people that only care about getting their payment not the care of the patients.
