I am a new client and have been seen three times in less than a month! I find the service to be excellent ! They are quick to get you an appointment, friendly, get you in the back into your chair with very little wait times, great at explaining everything and making you feel at ease! Everyone is very on-top of giving you options before proceeding and looking into extended dental to see what's covered. They were great with my toddler and not pushy at all. So far I am very happy! After 15 years with the same dentist I decided it was time to find a new office after being told it was a 6 month wait... Called Harewood dental and they had me in days later. Keep it up !

I do not recommend this office for anyone suffering with acute anxiety, PTSD or any mental suffering. The staff is ill equipped and the rush you through like cattle. The doctor I was only able to see rescheduled my appointment and put me with a different doctor. I suffered a severe panic attack because of this office.

Rude entitled receptionist , arrogant . Phoned them with an emergency on a weekend and I didnt hear back from them till Tuesday! They gave me so many exams my Blue cross stopped paying for them.

This has been my dentist office since I moved to Nanaimo. It was recommended by a family member, and I really like it. Front desk staff are friendly, and very accommodating... Even when my benefits provider is being complicated! My dentist himself is excellent, and very thorough. The hygienists are all great, and take great care. All in all, highly recommended! One of the best dental clinics I've ever been with!
