Wow. The best cleaning I've ever had. In my experience, Marica worked on a personal level to give me exactly what I wanted and needed. Direct, professional and caring. I'd rather pay for frequent cleanings then spend a lot of money to have a dentist look in my mouth for under a min. There's a time and place for everything. Lucky to have found this business.

What a fabulous practice! I can't say enough about the excellent care that I received here. I'm a nervous patient, and I felt that Marica took as much time as I need and was extremely careful and gentle. I would recommend this practice for anyone - young or old

I am now 60 and have never had a tooth cleaning like this, clearly the best. There are stars and then there are super stars and she is a super star.

As a business owner and caring professional, I appreciate all feedback I get from my patients. Even negative comments can help me improve my business. That said, I was quite surprised by the comments left by "M. Acheson" as they are the first negative ones I've received since opening more than 3 1/2 years ago. In fact, a lot of my patients tell me I'm the most thorough hygienist they've ever had. Since I also work at a periodontist's office (gum specialist) where a very high level of skill is expected/required, it is hard for me to accept that "M. Acheson" really needed a cleaning after seeing me. Also, had "M. Acheson" posted his/her feedback using his or her real name, I could have reviewed the file to see what services I had provided. In particular, I would want to check to see if I had used a fluoride varnish or desensitizing agent, either of which can leave a sticky film on the teeth surface and could reasonably (but mistakenly) be taken for deposits that were missed. In future, I hope patients who have concerns about my services call me and come back for a follow-up review (at no charge), which I think is the more appropriate way to deal with such concerns, rather than simply post a negative review anonymously. As I don't know who this person is, all I can say in response is that I stand by my work and believe the positive results I've achieved for my patients speak to the quality of treatment I provide.
