Great service. My sister hates the dentist (not this one though) they are especially easy to deal and gentle. I have heard more than once that they have done work for people in need. Great place and charitable ☺ï¸ðŸ‘

It would have been 4 stars but they keep cancelling my appointments I appreciate the staff Dallas is great Dr. Stearns is good with me I did have to wait 40 min today I told Dr and assistance that making me wait is not OK 15 or 20 min is fair not 40 plus I have asked them to get preauthorization every time I need treatment I had a tooth done they told me it was pre-approved it wasn't because I called insurance company and they just submitted the claim with out preauthorization it turns out the tooth was not covered only 12 dollars was Paid apparently the tooth had had been fixed before and had reached its maximum amount paid. plus charging extra for a crown is greedy to me .I'm done

I would give them more stars but out of two teeth I went in here to get “fixed†one pulled and one fixed both have had major issues. The extraction Ended up infected to the point of my actual jaw bone being exposed! I followed their directions exactly so there’s absolutely no reason this should of happened! their gel sponge fell out within hours of getting it taken out, I had a hole in the side of my gums not even where the tooth was pulled.... after numerous emails and calls not a single one has been returned. The root canal I got done here broke after two weeks!!! Now I could understand if I was eating hard stuff but I’ve been eating soft foods and soup since I got it done! I have other root canal teeth that have lasted YEARS! $1800 down the drain for work I now have to PAY another dentist to fix! The only good thing I can say about these guys is that the staff is nice and that they were willing to allow me to do payments. However I feel like because of this, they really slacked off on the quality of the work they did....

My kids and I all love Summerland Dental. My kids are so excited to see the dentist. You read that right, they are excited to see the dentist. The staff are incredible, even if you have a fear of dentists, which I used to. I recommend them for issues big and small.

I broke a large filling and got right in that day for the dentist to look at it. Was told it needed a root canal and was booked 2 weeks away for it mean while I now have a large hole in my tooth and have to eat on one side. Not wanting to suffer that long I call another dentist got in within 2 days for the root canal, but as soon as the dentist touched the tooth it started to crumble it was so bad it had to be extracted right away. Staff are definitely nice and friendly but not all that accommodating in an emergency. Sorry won't be going back.
