The crown they put in didnâ€™t even last 5 years, no warranty. The dentist did not listen to my concerns and proceeded to do a procedure that I knew was not covered by my insurance. He lied about the time it would take,he said 40 minutes,but I was in and out in 30 minutes. The receptionist delayed sending in my forms, is always missing signatures, playing mail tag, and when I expressed my concerns about the procedure she said, â€œOh, the dentist does what he wants to do.â€ The same receptionist calls me ,five minutes before my 9 am appointment,asking me where I am, Iâ€™m sitting in the parking lot. I tell her and when I come in, on time, I still have to wait five minutes to get taken into the back and the kicker is the dentist is late! He walks in through the back entrance five minutes later. You should be calling to apologize for the dentist being late not chastising me for not being early. I also want to second the previous commenter about overcharging. I have had a procedure done,paid for in full by myself, and then the dental office has submitted a higher claim to my insurance. If I hadnâ€™t checked my paperwork and called to ask for a refund, who knows if I would have gotten my money back. Please take my advice and the advice of other patients and find a different dentist.

They Provided Great Care for my dental needs. They had good entertainment while I was getting my teeth fixed and also gave me almost painless needles! I switched over from my main dentist because I was so impressed. Some companies and their staff take pride in what they do, I am sure lucky I found one especially when it comes to needing a good dentist. Thank you Evergreen Dental!

Very disappointed. My family of 4 has gone to this clinic for a couple of years. I had to cancel my appointment because my car was broken into. The receptionist called me and said it was fine. Then I got a text later in the day saying I would be charged $75 for cancelling less than 48 hrs in advance. When I called back, I talked to a different lady who said I would be charged. There is something wrong with their system. What is even more disappointing about this, is that on more than one occasion, I have adjusted my appointment time for their convenience. Needless to say, my family is no longer going to this dental clinic.

I could fill up two pages here regarding my terrible experience. If you love your teeth don't go to this dental office. My doctor and hygienist at this office were both not knowledgable. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERIBBLE!!!!!
