This clinic is awesome! The Dr. Agrawal was very thorough, he explained everything clearly and made sure that I was comfortable and knew what was happening every step of the way. The dental hygienists are all lovely- they do an amazing job, and all pain-free! The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating! And to top it all off I was able to book an appointment with ease (not having to wait several months) and the clinic is open 7 days a week, and in the evenings which allowed me to get in even with a crazy busy schedule. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Lougheed Mall Dental Group make me feel welcome every visit. They take care of my dental needs with care, compassion and expertise. The reception are excellent at booking appointments that meet my scheduling needs. They explain are knowledgeable about the procedures and inform patients what they need to know in order to come prepared. The dental assistants and hygienists are warm, friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible in the dentists chair. Dr. D is an exceptional dentist. He has expert knowledge of dentistry, is efficient and caring. He is constantly checking in to see if I’m doing ok in my procedures and offers an authentic and thoughtful explanation of what I am to expect for each of my appointments. Thanks for your professionalism; I’m relieved I chose you for my oral hygiene needs. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was in severe dental pain a little while ago and I called 4 or 5 offices basically in tears trying to get an appointment. It was so late in the evening that no one had availability and was totally booked. I called Lougheed Mall Dental Group and the receptionists were nice enough to hear out my concerns and squeeze me in for an emergency exam even though they were fully booked. I arrived at the clinic and they got me in immediately. Dr. Sara Raziee was so gentle, kind and informative. She sat down with me and explained all the issues in detail and what was a priority. I instantly felt safe and in knowledgeable hands. When it came down to checking out I was dreading the enormous bill as I am a student, but to my delight the girls at the front Azra and Nasiba took care of everything. They even informed that I was entitled to a 20% discount because I am a student. This dental clinic made my experience so great from start to finish and I highly recommend this group of diligent professionals!
