Dr. Waller is an excellent dentist. He always does good work and is good about giving different options based on your budget. When I broke a tooth he even patched it up until I could afford to fix it properly. I highly recommend him and his practice.

My daughter had a bike accident and Dr. Waller was ever so wonderful to get us in ASAP. We were only booked in to see what could be done. After discussing what was going to be best for my daughter which was a root canal he offered to do it right then. He didnt send us to make another appointment and come back another time like he could have and most would have. He is certainly there for his patients! He is gentle, kind, soft spoken, and has wonderful chair side manners. Absolutely was wonderful with my daughter. We will be seeing him for all our dentist needs., and would highly recommend him.

I would recommend FDC Downtown to anyone. Dr. Waller has been my family dentist for over a decade. Some staff have been there for years, from the time of Dr. Waller's private practice. He always puts me at ease and accomplishes his work with minimal discomfort to me. Noteworthy is the fact that the staff is always friendly, professional and they ask follow-up questions about any recent work that they've done for me. Appointment times are honoured, which means I spend very little time in the waiting room.

I hardly got seated in the chair and two teeth were extracted. No pain at all. My son has been petrified of dentists all his life because of one bad experience. He met Dr. Waller and right away his anxiety was gone and he let him pull 11 teeth at once. He is our life savior, and my son kinda thinks of him as a brother.I would recommend him to everyone. Kind and caring for sure. Really goes out of his way to make you comfortable. d
