I loved this dentist office for years but today was the last day that we will step foot in it. My daughter underwent 1 1/2 hours of dental work with no freezing as it wore off after the initial 45 minutes. She endured an hour and a half of sheer agony. She raised her hand several times to let them know it was hurting and was ignored. When she came home, I noticed that her face and cheek were visibly bruised and she was extremely upset. She ended up missing work because of the experience at the dentist. I can not imagine what my daughter went through. The second hygienist that assisted the dentist as the procedure took over 2 hours, completely ignored my daughter even though she was visibly hurting. While the dentist has amazing bedside manners, the lack of respect for patience comfort and pain left my daughter vowing to never return to a dentist office that we all once held in high esteem. We will not be back.

Recently had a horrible experience with this dentist. Asked for an estimate of how much it would be to remove my top two wisdom teeth, and based on my insurance coverage they told me around $50. So, I book the appointment and get the surgery done. Moments after the surgery I ask the receptionist if I’m able to pay my bill and she told me I can’t at the moment and she’s positive my insurance is covering the cost. About a month later I receive a call from their office notifying me that I owe them around $500 for the wisdom teeth removal and that they wouldn’t know how much my insurance covered until the cheque directed to them was received (even though before I got the surgery I was given an estimate of ~$50). They claimed that this was a misunderstanding, apologized and decided to cut my owing balance in half. I told the receptionist during the call that I will come down to their office and pay my remaining balance, but she insisted that I pay monthly instalments of $92 and give her my credit card information over the phone so that I can save the hassle of driving down. I was charged only ONCE, and came across my mothers credit card statements, who is also a client at this dentist, and realized that she instead was being charged my monthly payments of $92. I called their office and notified them that they have not been charging my card, but the receptionist was extremely rude. She tried to make it seem like it was my fault that they have been charging the wrong credit card and that that was the credit card number I had provided to them. I have never been to an establishment that has been so unprofessional in my entire life. After I pay my owing balance, I will definitely not be returning to their offices.

This clinic was a recommendation for me and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I went in for a cleaning and left very satisfied. The doctor was able to address my concerns and answer my questions and the staff was overall profession, polite, and welcoming. Definitely would recommend it to others!

I was looking for a dentist after letting go of my previous one and was recommended to Cloverdale Crossing Dental Clinic by a colleague. No words can describe the excellent service and performance of this clinic. Whenever someone asks for a dental clinic I always recommend this one. The prices are very inexpensive and the output is constantly commendable.
