I usually don't write reviews, but this place is the greatest! Dr. Lu is very professional and makes his patients feel at ease. Great and friendly staff as well. I can honestly say that I have never been to a better dentist in all my years! Would highly recommend!

Excellent dental clinic with friendly staff and a super caring dentist. It is a small one-dentist clinic so you only get to see Dr. Larry Lu all the times regardless of dental treatments. They always check your insurance coverage before your dental appointments so you know ahead of time how much is not covered by the plan, which it great service and no surprise bill in the mail. Dr. Lu is also a gentle and skillful dentist. Highly recommend!!

Wow, my experience with Dr. Larry Lu and BigSmiles Dental Care has been great! Short wait time and very efficient front desk staff. There is never an issue with my insurance as they always check the procedures beforehand and they bill insurance directly. Dr. Lu is very professional and knowledgeable in all types of dentistry. He is also easy to talk to and always takes time to explain a few little issues I have and always offers affordable treatment options. Overall, Dr. Lu and his team work with you on every aspect. Highly recommend!

Dr. Larry Lu is an amazing dentist who is always very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains all procedures prior to starting any procedure. Not only is he extremely personable and gentle, he is also professional and honest at the same time. I've never heard him suggesting unnecessary dental work to benefit his pocketbook. Dr. Lu may have slight accent speaking English but I never have trouble understand him. He genuinely cares about his patients and has taken care of my family for a number of years. The clinic is not big but very clean and professional looking. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, especially efficiently handle all our dental insurance claims without any issues. If you are looking for a fantastic dentist, call this office!

I found Dr. Larry Lu by chance (thankfully). My front tooth cracked and I needed it fixed that morning. Not only was Dr. Lu able to fix my front tooth, he was able to make me feel comfortable enough to discuss fixing all of the neglected dental work I really needed. I had gone years with a terrible smile and feeling uncomfortable smiling around new people. Dr. Larry Lu has always been supportive, even when I thought I couldn't handle the embarrassment, and I do feel he genuinely cares about making his patients smile look their best. He has staffed his office with the very best. They all are great and Nancy, who runs the front office, has held my hand through every insurance question and given me advice about what I could afford to do next. I've never had problems reaching anyone at the office or setting appointments to fit into my schedule. I am not an easy patient, I'm sure Dr. Lu would agree, but he has earned my trust and my business. I still have some more dental work to get done and I really couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend him without a second thought.
