Horrific Behavior after injuring me

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I went in for a routine filling and had my tongue hit by a polishing blade. This cut required multiple stitches in my tongue and has caused me immense amounts of pain everytime I drink, eat and even swallow. I would be willing to accept this as an accident and move on except for the unkind manner I was treated in the aftermath of this accident. I wasn't given any instructions on how to care for the injury, I was given a six Motrin and told that it's "going to hurt when you swallow" and my cavity was not completed correctly as they were in a rush to get me out after this accident. I was complete and utter shock. I was told by the dentist they would call and check up on me the next day, which never happened and finally when I called back days later to ask for another dentist to fix the filling I recieved I was told if I didn't see the same dentist who injured me that I would be charged an additional fee to go elsewhere to have it fixed.I would go elsewhere for your dental care, as I will be switching my provider as well

I would highly recommend this dentist office. I had a dental emergency, and was feeling anxious about trying out a new dentist. Upon entering the office, I was greeted warmly by Bethany. The office decor is super fun and full of colour and life. Kendra the dental assistant was lovely as well, and she listened carefully to my dental concerns, and relayed my story to the dentist so that I didn't have to repeat myself. Dr. Sunny Makkar made me feel comfortable immediately. He is kind, empathetic and has a great sense of humour. He went out of his way to ensure I knew exactly what he was doing during the procedure and what the next steps would be. He knew I was flying the next day, and he gave me some great advice to ensure I would not feel any pain. You will have a wonderful experience at this dentist office.

A complete professional, dental clinic. The staff are very friendly and maintain a spotless clinic. My dentist and his assistant, were first-class; professional, competent and efficient. Furthermore, their prices are very fair. Finally, I respected their punctuality and estimated work time. 5 Stars in my book!
