Dr. Bell is a wonderful dentist and I'm so glad I found Bell Dental Group! Dr. Bell did a great job with my braces a few years ago. Dr. Bell, as well as the front desk staff, are always warm and welcoming. They are always happy to answer any questions I've had. I had a cleaning at Bell Dental Group today from Patriscia and she did the most thorough and gentle cleaning I've ever received! She took an hour of her time to do a great cleaning and I really appreciate it.

Happy Staff and excellent customer service by all . The hygienists are careful, gentle and thorough. Dr. Bell himself is the consummate professional who takes the time to explain each detail in layman's terms. Couldn't be happier with the care my family receives at Bell dental group.

This dental office has a nice atmposphere and staff, however Dr. Bell’s practice has been subpar on several occasions. I haven’t stopped thinking about when I brush my teeth - I think it would be helpful to share publicly. Any dentist who wants to preserve health of teeth would want to decrease any chance of potential irreversible damage. This is not the case with Scott. I requested a procedure that may be time consuming, but I had the option to receive, and was told he wouldn’t proceed to repair chips. He said he would file the teeth down instead for the aesthetic. Any human with empathy would never do something to a human they wouldn’t do to themselves. It is common knowledge that removing matter from the tooth exposes nerve endings and wouldn’t be pleasant. Instead of repairing chips, shave and file down to appear good, but expose tooth. Just frightens me that many professionals with degrees are impatient and work for the money and not quality. I remember when he was proceeded to remove my braces, he filed and filed, like my old dentist did, but then he almost when file happy - like a hair dresser goes scissor happy. I flinched in my seat thinking.. does he know he’s not shaving the cement anymore and my tooth now. Instead of intuitively noticing the patients pain. He proceeds with no regard. I remember thinking whoa what an aggressive practitioner. I missed my old dental office very much after that. Three sessions prior to that I mentioned another repair, instead of following up with next visit. He said all is well. Then I noticed the repair needed was becoming more severe. Eventually I flagged it again and questioned, was then offered many expensive options to fix. I do not believe in my heart Scott has the gentleness or patience for some of the procedures he delivers.
