I was a patient for a short amount of time with Ambiance - I signed up because they had excellent reviews online. But please do read both the good and bad reviews before you sign up! Pros: They do treat their patients well, and have excellent customer service. The facilities are state of the art as well. Cons: You definitely pay for what you get... Ambiance will charge you up the A$$ for procedures you likely don't even need.. I was given a bill for over $2k worth of (important) procedures, but after a second assessment from another dentist I was told my teeth were fine. I was also quoted a ridiculous price to remove my wisdom teeth.. got it done from another dentist at 60% the cost.

My first visit was the most throughout assessment I have ever had with a dentist. They really take the time to look at everything that could impact your dental health. They make you feel like you are in good hands from the first moment you walk into their clinic. I also had a cleaning done and I can sincerely say that I had never had a proper cleaning until then.

I'm so happy I found a dentist with such an outstanding level of professionalism and customer service. Every employee I have had the pleasure of meeting has been so kind and welcoming and they do a great job at keeping you relaxed and anxiety free. I recently brought my boyfriend in, who has had really bad past experiences with his family dentist, and he told me it was a really good experience for him and he was very happy with how it all went. We both feel much better about going to the dentist now and it's because of the employees. Most importantly, they do an excellent job explaining what is going on with your entire mouth and coming up with both short and long term care to ensure that your teeth will remain healthy as long as possible.

Great ambience and awesome staff. Sandra is always friendly and caring making the hygiene appointment a nice experience for someone like me that is not very comfortable at the dentist. Thank you.

How can you feel like you want to go to the Dentist. After many years of neglect and fear, I finally made an appointment with Ambiance. There was some hard work to be done, but now I can honestly say that gong to the Dentist is something I am very thankful for and I will never miss again. From the initial evaluation of the Dentist and his staff to the attention and incredibly professional cleaning that Sandra performed to the detailed support of the front desk in billing support, it was a such a pleasant surprise. No more fear or putting off the next appointment.
