Really, this is a wonderful place for full dental care - Besides providing the best professional dental care, everyone is friendly and positive. Even reticent patients are quickly put at ease. Everything is made clear in advance of treatment. And the ladies working in the front office are to be commended for their friendly chatting. A person can feel the teamwork throughout.

I've been a client of this dental office for decades from Dr. Foster, Dr. Honke and now Dr. Schade. Obviously, there was no reason for me to change as the staff always looked after my dental health in an excellent manner. I would recommend this office to others.

I've been going to here for all my teeth related needs for over 14 years now. I started back when when it was the previous dentist and my office was a few floors up. I like the new dentist and the staff. My biggest gripes are that they always seem to be running late and they're the most expensive dentist I know of. I like to book my cleaning for first thing so I'm first in and I have the rest of my day but they're always 10 minutes late getting me in. Everyone else in the wait room always seems to get in pretty quickly but I always have to wait. I was in earlier this week for an issue and they were 20 minutes behind. Although, they were on schedule when I went in for a follow up today but that's probably the first time. The bigger gripe I have is with the price. My benefits include 100% coverage and until recently I'd never had to pay anything. But for each of the last few visits there have been charges because they failed to follow the fee guide adjustments. My wife's dentist charges about 20% less and my daughter's is about 10% less. I've never had to pay because my insurance wouldn't cover the charge at either of those dentists. So while this is a really good dentist office and they do really good work, it's tough to give a high score considering how out of line their charges are with everyone else. I could justify the inconvenience of having to go all the way downtown before because that balanced with the quality of care but with the extra high charges lately, it's becoming harder and harder to justify.

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. Like a lot of people, I had experiences that weren't the most pleasant. I was referred to 4th Avenue Dental Centre and was blown away. I found everyone to be super friendly and the work that was done was impressive. They were able to tell me everything that was wrong and what can be done to fix it. I will refer anyone I know to this team. A huge thanks to everyone for making this such a great experience!
