Dr. Arsenault removed my wisdom teeth last week. My procedure was used as a teaching lesson for a dentist at their other location, and a practicum dental assistant was observing as well. Dr. Arsenault was very informative as he worked while paying close attention to my needs at the same time. He set a nice mood, with music and some good banter with myself and the staff. The procedure was professional, and his work was very well done. While I happily never have to get my wisdom teeth removed again, I’d go back to him if I did. The staff at the front of the office were so great with helping me through all of the hoops leading up to the day, so many thanks to them as well. A great dental office for sure!

Dr Heilik was excellent. She did my filling quickly, painlessly, and well! She also took the time to do a consultation for a treatment plan even through it was not scheduled. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Best dentist experience I've ever had! The staff are so caring and helpful. I appreciated how gentle the dental hygienist was and how she explained each step to reduce my anxiety. They did a thorough health/lifestyle history and gave me information to promote my own dental health. Excellent service; would highly recommend.

The staff was greeeeaaat with me. I felt welcome from the first point of contact with the secretary, she is beautifuuulll and has such a nice personality. The staff is very welcoming, competent and non-judgmental. They definitely care about you and are patient. I knew very little about dental hygiene but now I feel like a pro thanks to the amazing team.

Update: Dental Choice contacted me and reviewed my insurance. There was a misunderstanding, so I was able to complete the work I needed this term. Thank you for taking care of this for me! Previous review: The work was well done, but I wasn't given a predetermination, so I had unexpected billing and ran out of coverage in just two visits. More explanation of available dental coverage prior to doing the work would have been helpful.
