I have been going to this clinic for the last 4 years and they get the job done, quickly and efficiently. The hygienists are outstanding and patient when I am a slightly difficult person on some days. I wish the dentists would spend more time with me though to go over my concerns though. However, I understand how busy they are. My only other complaint is about my wisdom teeth.... I only grew two on the bottom and they were perfectly healthy. Strangely enough , I could reach them with my toothbrush and was able to use them to chew food. It has been 2 years and I still feel like I have them.... Phantom teeth I guess. I see that this clinic has lowered their prices based on the new Alberta dental fee guide which I appreciate as I have 100% dental coverage. I have no reason to change clinics really.

Overpriced scam. They charge 30-50% more than the recommended fee schedule by the Alberta College of Dentistry, so insurance companies won't pay the difference. And for no logical reason as their level of competency is not very high in any regard. Also, two separate hygienists have insisted that I need a root canal on a tooth that had a filling done 3 years ago and has been totally fine since. They keep saying I need to get it anyways. Since when does someone need a root canal when there isn't even a cavity anymore and it's not causing any pain?

Went in as an emergency appointment to fix my cracked front tooth, since my regular dentist is closed on weekends. I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment after being 20 minutes early to fill out their paperwork, once I got in the chair the hygienist was looking at the wrong tooth, so I showed her the right one. The dentist came in I explained how I had a chipped bond filling fall off my front tooth and it was from years ago, he literally poked my tooth a couple times and said it was thin, that my bottom teeth were jagged and that my top teeth were misaligned so I would need an alignment and a bunch of procedures to correct the reason my teeth grind, which was not the reason I went in or the reason the tooth chipped, I tried explaining I just wanted it repaired and he said he couldn't I would need to get all this stuff fixed first. So he just filed down the jagged pieces on the back of the tooth, leaving the bottom piece that was scratching my lip. The hygienist didn't put a paper bib on me so my shirt was all wet from the grinder and it was running down my face soaking the back of my head and she didn't even try to help me. All this took maybe 10 minutes and being told I needed all these other procedures instead of just a filling I had went for. They charged me for the emergency visit and the "check up" that I am guessing was the tooth poking he did. Went to my dentist today and they fixed it with a bond filling no problem and it is good as new. Don't waste your time and money because in that short time it was clear to me they try to upsell your services as much as they can.

The only reason they got a star at all is because the staff was very friendly and nice. They quoted me on a bunch of work that i didn't even need to have done. Didn't seem right so i went to another dentist and Go Dental's 5K quote turned into a $600.00 quote somewhere else. Beware!
